Market Harborough – Kitchen Extension Page

Overview

This project was based in Market Harborough and on paper a straight forward proposed new Kitchen extension. There was however a constraint, a time frame of 8 weeks to deliver the project. The client had booked a family trip to New Zealand and wanted the work to be carried out during this window. The keys were handed to us and the project was successfully completed with a tight program and schedule we delivered on time with no sacrifice to quality.

An open plan kitchen / diner and new family room.

Structurally the main part of the project was the build of a new house extension to accommodate more open plan living. This required RSJ beams to open up the original property into the new Kitchen/ Diner family room.

This project also required refurbishment, moving internal walls to adjust to the new configuration of the existing rooms, new flooring, new kitchen, bathroom makeover, and relocating a bedroom to the front of the property. This was all decorated and included exterior landscaping with new patio area.
